| I
know from experience that all actions made by the human response mechanism are
relative to pain and scare tactics, visual and obviousness. When something bad
happens you try and avoid it next time and the next, pretty soon you are guaranteed
not to go straight into the ruff line. What if it were reverse? You are scared
of everything and then every nasty bump or rut you hit wrong shows you that the
bike will suck it up. Pretty soon you don’t care what you hit. There are
some exceptions of course. Like, don’t go 60mph into a bolder section with
3 ft high boulders. That is not what I am saying. What I am saying is if the suspension
is working magical, you can track straight over ruff ground with out wrist pain
and kidney bleeding. You will ride for 30 minutes straight and feel great. The
difference is learning how to make parts that fix those areas, and reveal to you
a way thru the bumps. |
